(Founder & Director)
Harrison is the engine behind Turner & Lim. With a background in biomedical science and cancer biology, and a career as a British Army officer in the Reserves, he brings structure, discipline, and sharp problem-solving to the everyday running of the business.
As our full-time director, he leads on operations, management, and making sure the business runs like clockwork — from onboarding new properties to keeping everything efficient behind the scenes.
His approach is direct and methodical: spot the problem, tackle it head-on, and keep moving forward. Whether it's liaising with landlords or managing contractors, Harrison is all about delivering a smooth, reliable service every time.
Outside of property, you’ll find him on the dodgeball court — keeping fit, staying sharp, and feeding that competitive streak.

By day, Ryan is a full-time NHS doctor with a passion for surgery, precision, and people. Outside the hospital, he’s the creative brain behind our brand — blending his eye for design with a love for storytelling, marketing, and making our spaces stand out.
From shaping how our properties look and feel, to refining our brand identity and online presence, Ryan brings warmth, vision, and thoughtful detail to everything he touches. He especially loves making small London spaces feel cosy, functional, and inspiring.
When he’s not working on-call or searching for inspiration, you’ll likely find him playing polo — he’s a regular in the saddle and a long-time lover of horses.
